Products, sizes and what is included

Check the selected colour, size, description and “what is included” before ordering. Photographed styling accessories are included only where expressly stated. Size charts give garment measurements unless stated otherwise. Follow the care instructions for the item. Screen settings can affect colour appearance; this does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or materially different from their description.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown in AED. Product prices and delivery charges for UAE orders include applicable 5% UAE VAT. You can review the total, discounts and delivery charge at checkout before placing your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not charge an additional cash-on-delivery fee.

Price changes apply to future purchases. We will not replace an agreed order price with a higher price or substitute an item without your agreement. If we identify an error or cannot fulfil an item, we will explain the issue and the available resolution; amounts collected for cancelled or unfulfilled items will be refunded as required by law.

Orders and delivery

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure you are legally able to purchase or have the authorization required by law. Review your confirmation and contact us promptly about an error or requested change. Stock can change before processing; if an item is unavailable, we will contact you rather than substitute it without agreement.

We currently deliver from Dubai within the UAE. Delivery is AED 20 below AED 350 and free at AED 350 or more, including remote UAE areas under the same customer-price rule. Delivery timing depends on the address and courier service. Tracking is provided after the parcel is handed to the courier. See the shipping policy for details. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery deadline confirmed.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You can request an ordinary return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to our return and exchange policy. It explains the condition requirements, return charges, dispatch deadline and refund methods and timing. Careful fitting is allowed; ordinary returns must otherwise be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from perfume, stains or use, with original labels and any return seal intact. These conditions and the ordinary return period do not remove rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods or other mandatory consumer rights.

Using the website and third-party services

Use the website lawfully and do not misuse accounts, payment details, content or security systems. You may use product information for personal shopping; commercial copying of our protected content requires permission. A saved wishlist does not reserve stock.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. It processes visit and purchase information, including for services that use interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information can be shared with Shopify and relevant providers in other countries. Our privacy policy explains this processing and your choices. Third-party payment and other optional services may have additional terms presented when you choose to use them.

Your rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our obligations for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. UAE law applies, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. You retain access to competent authorities and courts. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and orders, with the updated date shown above. A later update does not retrospectively change the agreed terms of an existing order. The English and Arabic versions are intended to convey the same terms; applicable mandatory law governs any discrepancy.
