Shipping policy

Orders ship from our Dubai warehouse. We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Products are made available as their stock and information are checked.

UAE delivery charges

• Orders below AED 350: AED 20 delivery.
• Orders of AED 350 or more: free delivery.

The delivery charge and total for your address are displayed at checkout before you place your order. The same customer delivery-price rule applies to remote UAE areas. There is no additional customer cash-on-delivery fee.

Dispatch and delivery

Please provide a complete delivery address and a working telephone number. We will share the shipment details and tracking number after the parcel has been handed to the courier. Delivery timing depends on your address and the available courier service; please contact us if you need to confirm timing before ordering.

If you need to change your address or have a delivery problem, email beauty.aminah@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

You can request an ordinary return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to our return and exchange policy. That policy explains item conditions, delivery costs and refund timing. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled separately and your statutory rights are preserved.
